Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies's Bellevue relocates to downtown Seattle

Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies (NBS Companies), the Pacific Northwest’s largest full-service provider of commercial real estate services, announces that its Bellevue, Wash., office will be moving to a suite at 600 University Street, located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The office will hold branches of NBS Companies’ finance division, NBS Financial Services and the property and asset management division, NAI NBS. The move is effective August 1.
“Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest and a burgeoning hub for commerce, business and commercial real estate,” said Michael Wood, vice president of NBS Financial Services. “Relocating our office to the heart of the city will allow us better opportunities for growth and recruiting, and provide us with the ability to better serve our expanding list of clients.”
Lynda Clarke, Senior Vice President at NAI NBS echoes Wood’s sentiments. “Our portfolio is scattered all throughout the Puget Sound area. Because Seattle is the area’s center of business and finance, we find we have greater accessibility to resources in order to serve all our clients’ needs.”
