NBS Financial Services adds Patterson

Andrew Patterson recently joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services' Seattle office as a financial analyst for the firm, announced J. Clayton Hering, President of NBS Financial Services, a division of NBS Companies.
As a Financial Analyst with NBS Financial Services, Andrew continues to serve clients by analyzing financial data to facilitate the loan process. He is responsible for researching property history, tenant history and performing market research in order to assemble preliminary packages for our lenders. He also underwrites, reviews, and analyzes potential commercial mortgage loans, utilizing knowledge of the Seattle real estate market, valuation techniques, appraisals, and credit and financial analysis techniques.
Prior to joining NBS Financial Services, Patterson was a Business Development Manager with Harvey Nash in Seattle.
