Background & Experience
Jim joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services in 2006 as an Assistant Finance Officer. He has several years of financing and investment experience providing him with invaluable knowledge and expertise that translates fluently into the commercial real estate financing realm. Jim will be working closely with other members of the loan origination team to secure capital to satisfy our clients’ needs through our exclusive relationships with life companies, conduits, REITs and pension funds.

Prior to coming to NBS Financial Services, Jim was a Financial Advisor with UBS PaineWebber and TD Ameritrade. His responsibilities included consulting with clients to provide the best possible investment solutions for their needs, new business development and educating investors on investment strategies and solutions.

Education
Jim attended the University of Oregon where he earned a B.S. in Economics and is currently a Level II CFA candidate.
