Background & Experience
Penny Hathaway assumed the position of Manager of Loan Administration in 2008. Penny’s responsibilities include overseeing loan closings, payment collection, escrow and financial analysis, property inspections, assumptions and acquisitions, payoffs, maturities, lease analysis, insurance requirements, investor reporting and customer service, while supervising the loan servicing and administration staff.

Penny joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson in October 2006 as Internal Auditor. Prior in her career, she worked as a financial analyst for West One Bancorp and as an accountant in the audit division of Arthur Andersen & Co., both in Boise, ID.

Education
Penny graduated from the University of Montana with honors, and received a bachelor of science in business administration with an accounting emphasis. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
