Background & Experience
Penny Hathaway joined the NBS Financial Services team in 2008 and currently serves as Controller for Loan Servicing. Her responsibilities include overseeing payment collection and disbursements, financial analysis, internal and external reporting, and review of monthly bank reconciliations.

Penny joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson in October 2006 as Internal Auditor and was promoted to Manager of Loan Administration in July 2008. Prior to joining the NBS team, she worked in Boise, Idaho, as a financial analyst for West One Bancorp and as an accountant in the audit division of Arthur Andersen & Co. She was also the sole proprietor of a retail balloon delivery business prior to moving to the Portland area.

Education
Penny graduated from the University of Montana with honors, and received a bachelor of science in business administration with an accounting emphasis. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She enjoys volunteering at her local schools, church and soccer clubs.
