Background & Experience
Pattye joined NBS Financial Services in 1999 as a loan servicer. Her responsibilities include facilitating communication between lenders and borrowers to ensure that fiduciary responsiblity is maintained for both parties. Pattye also ensures that the terms outlined in loan documents are followed correctly and that the properties are well-maintained.

Prior to joining NBS Financial, Pattye was a loan servicer for National Mortgage. To maintain up-to-date knowledge about the loan administration industry, Pattye takes courses through the Mortgage Bankers Association so that she can continue to provide excellent service for her clients.
