Background & Experience
Adele joined NBS Financial Services in 2010. She is responsible for closing loans originated by the loan origination staff, and facilitates communication between lenders and borrowers to ensure that all documentation, titles and contracts are in order and satisfy both the lender’s and borrower’s expectations.

Prior to coming to NBS Financial, Adele was the Closing Coordinator at Bean Investment Real Estate, an apartment investment company. At Bean, she facilitated the closing process between investors, lenders and escrow, reviewed and researched due diligence and handled multiple forward and reverse exchanges. Adele has closed $565 million in acquisitions, $350 million in dispositions, and $75 million in refinances during her career.

Adele holds a bachelors degree in speech communication from Western Oregon University.
