Background & Experience
Kim Miller joined NBS Financial Services in 2005 to provide administrative support to the Finance division. Her duties include preparing marketing packages to send to lenders for specific properties in order to access billions of dollars for the funding of regional shopping centers, office and multi-family complexes, industrial buildings and other select commercial properties. Other duties include detailed travel arrangements for the Finance Officers, including travel schedules of lenders coming to visit. Kim is also in charge of Annual Finance Strategy meeting planning, the annual planning of Mortgage Banking Association conferences, scheduling meetings, routing calls, etc.
Prior to joining NBS Financial Services, Kim spent seven years with Pacific Realty Associates providing administrative support to Development/Construction Department.
