Background & Experience
Stacy joined NBS Financial in 2008. As part of the NBS Financial Loan Servicing team, her responsibilities include payment collection, bank reconciliation, escrow and financial analysis, property inspections, assumptions and acquisitions, payoffs, maturities, lease analysis, insurance requirements, payment of real estate taxes, investor reporting and customer service for a portfolio in excess of $1.6 billion.

Stacy was formerly Loan Specialist for Countrywide Home Loans and a Senior Loan Processor for Washington Mutual, where she gained experience with underwriting, working with title and insurance companies, and borrower relations.
