Background & Experience
Andrew joined Norris Beggs & Simpson Financial Services in 2007 as a Financial Analyst and was promoted to Associate Finance Officer in 2008. Andrew facilitates the underwriting process on multi-million dollar loans for office, retail, industrial, and multi-family commercial real estate.

As an Associate Finance Officer with NBS Financial Services, Andrew continues to serve clients by analyzing financial data in all stages of the loan process. He is responsible for researching property history, tenant history, and performing market analysis to assemble preliminary packages for lenders. He also underwrites, reviews, and analyzes potential commercial mortgage loans utilizing knowledge of the Seattle real estate market, valuation techniques, appraisals, and credit and financial analysis techniques. Andrew additionally tracks and maintains our DealsHelp program to further enhance underwriting and research for the Seattle Finance department.

Andrew works closely with other members of the loan origination team to secure capital to satisfy our clients’ needs through exclusive relationships with life insurance companies, conduits, REITs and pension funds.

Education
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He continues to further his education by attending a variety of industry events and meetings with lenders.
