Background & Experience
Courtney joined NBS Financial in 2010. As part of NBS Financial's Loan Servicing team, Courtney's responsibilities include payment collection, escrow and financial analysis, property inspections, assumptions and acquisitions, payoffs, maturities, lease analysis, insurance requirements, investor reporting and customer service for a portfolio in excess of $1.5 billion. She also facilitates communication between lenders and borrowers to ensure that fiduciary responsibility is maintained for both parties.

Courtney previously handled long-term disability claims for The Standard, a Portland-based provider of financial services and products, and was a personal banker at U.S. Bank in Lake Oswego.

Education
Courtney earned a degree in economics from the University of Oregon.
