Background & Experience
Paddy Ryan joined NBS Financial Services in 2006. He brings a tremendous amount of market research and knowledge to the finance team and strong relationship ties to the business community. Paddy works with the loan origination team to satisfy the capital needs of our clients through our exclusive relationships with life insurance companies, conduits and various other lenders.

Paddy has an extensive sales and marketing background. His most recent position was with Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company as its brands and marketing manager. His primary responsibilities included the creation and implementation of all retail marketing strategies and advertising for more than 500 retail gas stations throughout the West Coast, Midwest, Alaska and Hawaii. He also managed sponsorship and promotional budgets in these regions.

Education
Paddy earned a B.A. from Menlo College in Atherton, California, and is currently a licensed broker in the state of Oregon.
