NBS Financial Services Arranges $8.75M Loan for Sunchase Apartments
Blake Hering Jr. and Benjamin Johnson of Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services have arranged an $8.75 million loan for Sunchase Apartments. The 240-unit complex is located at 3901 Montgomery Blvd. NE in Albuquerque. Jamboree Investors Sunchase was the borrower and Principle Global Investors was the lender.

Norris Beggs & Simpson has arranged $20.23 million in financing for three properties in the Pacific Northwest. Todd Harding arranged $15 million in financing for the borrower, a California-based real estate investment fund, for MJ Murdock Executive Plaza in Vancouver. He also arranged $3 million in financing for Macadam Village in Portland. The borrower was McDonald Family LLC. Michael Wood arranged $2.23 million in financing for the borrower, KTM1 LLC, for Meridian Plaza in Puyallup.
